Many guests who host events at the Warner’s Camp Adirondack wedding venue opt to book our Log Cabin property as well for additional accommodation and getting ready areas. The Log Cabin property sleeps 10 and is located across the street from the original camp.

We charge an event liability fee for any event of more than 12 people. The event fee is $500 in addition to the rental night rate. Our maximum event capacity is 50 guests. We charge a competitive event fee as this is a venue-only offering, coupled with our traditional accommodation offering. By giving you the option to hire your own staff, or staff the event yourself, we are able to keep our event fee affordable. 

If your event exceeds 15 people (staff included), we have a four night minimum stay requirement and a restroom rental requirement. We recommend Fosters Tent Rental for restroom, tent, and furniture rentals. You will need to book the house for at least one day following your event to allow the rental company time to collect the rentals. 

While we get many requests for wedding venue tours; unfortunately, tours are not possible as the house is a frequently booked vacation rental. We encourage potential wedding guests to book a short test stay with us. You can view our Airbnb calendar for availability. If you are looking for a more affordable stay during the wedding planning process, you might consider a weeknight or offseason test stay. We will waive the cost of the event fee for guests who reserve a test stay with us prior to booking their event. Many couples who decide to host their ceremony and/or reception elsewhere, still opt to book our place for photos, getting ready, and accommodation. Gatherings of 12 people or less are not subject to any additional event rules or regulations. Happy planning!
